What was the highlight of HOTEL MYSTAYS Shimizu
Very Good
Bed mattress was very comfortable and the room was clean. Although the hotel is located in front of the train station, we could get to see the beautiful mt.Fuji from the room.
There’s train station behind the hotel so if you get the room is facing to that side you’d hear the train. But if you close the window fully it won’t be that bad.

Very Good
For the price, breakfast was simple but adequate. But you need to go early as this hotel is frequently by business travellers. The receptionist kindly showed me where the hotel parking lot was in the cold. Much appreciated.

What was the highlight of HOTEL MYSTAYS Shimizu
Overall good value, spacious and comfortable rooms.
Both single room and twin room were spacious than we thought. They were clean and comfortable to stay. We liked the provision of both bathtub and shower (Japanese style) which was safe for our elderly. Parking was just next to the hotel with food shops, convenient stores and health & beauty shop about 100 meter away, very convenient.
The alley to the hotel was somewhat hard to identify for people to approach by night time. A bigger and brighter sign would help.

Very Good
Good signage from station to find hotel. Very helpful staff. Lots of walkable distance restaurants.
The walls were super thin so I heard all the neighbors.
